Configuring Your Order
The steps below can serve as a basic guide for configuring an order and don't hesitate to ask our sales representative for further clarification.

Choose Your Product
We supply a wide variety of consumer electronics products, most of which can be customized with your logo. We have the largest selection of customizable USB flash drives in the world, each available in a variety of models, colors, sizes and shapes.

Request A Quote
Once you have browsed our website and have an idea what products and services you are interested in, you can proceed and Request A Quote. Quote requests will be responded to within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Payment
We only accept T/T or Western Union payment at present. Please email or fax us your bank slip (or remittance slip) after you transfer the money, so we can check our account in time and can begin to produce your products earlier.

Processing Your Order
Be advised that we must receive full payment , in addition to all preload and graphics files, before we will begin production of an order (including rush orders).

Delivery Time
Without any extra service, less than 5 working days after payment received.
With extra service, such as logo imprinting, data preloading, auto-run and so on, 5 to 10 working days after payment received.

Delivery Options
We can send the products to you through UPS, FedEx, DHL and EMS. You can choose any of them or you can ask our sales representative to choose the cheapest freight among them for you. You also can use your express account.

Tracking Number
We will email you Tracking No. after we send your products out and you can Logo on express company's website to follow your products.

Order Cancellations/Replacement/Warranty Info
Once your products have been printed, no further modifications or additions can be made. Please make sure that you examine and proofread all the documents you submit to us before placing your order. No returns or refunds are offered on customized merchandise. Most of our products carry one year limited warranty and will be replaced if broken.
