FAQ

Shipping Terms:

1. Best way and cheapest shipping cost

We choose the best way for our customer, which is cheapest and safest! Usually, small order be shipped by Express(like by EMS, by DHL, By TNT, By UPS) and big order by container by sea or by air!

The way that customer’ courier company pick up the goods in collect is recommended, just let the courier contact us for details before picking up.

2. Shortest delivery time

Usually our delivery time is within 3-10 days after receiving the payment.

Payment Terms

1) 40% deposit, 60% balance to shipment.

If order amount is less than USD5000.00, full payment by T/T or by West Union.

2) Payment Methods: By bank, By West Union or Paypal.
